Portia McKenzie is Director, Regional Projects at MBIE, and the Project Lead for GeoShot NZ. She brings over 15 years’ experience in economic development and urban planning, with a focus on unlocking regional potential through partnerships, infrastructure, and innovation, including significant international experience in large-scale city and infrastructure development.
