Ralph Winmill is Principal Drilling Engineer at GeoDE Well Engineering Ltd, specialising in geothermal drilling and well engineering. He has over 32 years’ experience in geothermal well design, construction and management.  Before forming Geode,  he spent nearly two decades as Lead Drilling Engineer at Contact Energy, managing multi-rig drilling campaigns, workovers, abandonments, and new development wells at Wairakei, Ōhaaki, and Tauhara fields, as well as providing training in Geothermal Drilling Engineering on the international stage.
