Saeid is the Co-lead of the Deep Heat Research programme.

Dr. Saeid Jalilinasrabady is a Senior Scientist at Earth Sciences New Zealand, with over two decades of international experience in geothermal energy development and engineering. In addition, he serves as an Associate Editor for Geothermics. His expertise spans subsurface energy storage, geothermal reservoir simulation and engineering, surface facility optimisation, and direct-use applications, with extensive contributions across Japan, Iran, Iceland, El Salvador, Indonesia, the Philippines, New Zealand and Africa, including countries such as Kenya, Ethiopia and Rwanda.
