Muriel helps Cécile in developing numerical tools around the thermo-mechanical code ADELI to better assess the potential contribution of the tectono-volcanic stress field on influencing the hydro-thermal-mechanical properties of the host bedrock. This is undertaken at the kilometric scale, such as opening/closure of permeability, and which control the ability of the hot fluids to circulate and rise towards the surface (like the opening and the interconnection of cracks or holes in a sponge through which the fluids flow).
