Hon Tim Groser is a former New Zealand Minister of Trade and Minister for Climate Change Issues, and previously served as Associate Minister of Foreign Affairs. He has also been New Zealand’s ambassador to the World Trade Organization and to the United States, and is widely regarded for his work on free trade negotiations and climate policy.
